I cannot say enough amazing things about Natalie and Serendipity Aesthetics. I went in to get some work done around my midsection to help remove some of the excess fat around that area that I just couldn't seem to lose with workouts and diet alone. Also, I went in to see about getting the bags under my eyes tightened / reduced. I have seen a 25 to 30% reduction in the excess fat around my midsection (continued to workout during my 4 or 5 sessions). I was hoping to see some noticeable results, but was pleasantly surprised at just how much smaller the love handles got, and how much the excess around my stomach went down. In addition, the bags under my eyes have definitely decreased, and the skin looks tighter than it was before. My eyes look much younger. I am extremely impressed with the results and the professionalism of Natalie regarding her skills during the procedure, along with making sure I had everything I needed for after care, to maximize results. Natalie has worked on many parts of my body. I did the Vioria body contouring. It is a long process and she made every minute enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable, and takes time to perfect everything. She has worked w me for Botox also. I clench my teeth and my jaws get tired, and my masseter muscles are very prominent, Botox relaxes the strong jaw line and gets rid of the pain. Her salon is very cozy, clean and she is always welcoming. She is professionalism and perfection at its best!

Serendipity Aesthetics is the absolute best, not only is she so talented I just love going and hanging out with natalie and talking with her she is so fun. I was super nervous to get my lips done but they seriously turned out exactly how I wanted it and I’m definitely going back before my wedding! she pays such close attention to detail and achieved my lip dreams!! everything about them was perfect and she really made sure that I was in love! my bruising was super minimal and not even a big deal. I am loving my experience and my results with Natalie. I have done 4 cellulite treatments on my stomach and love handles. I can’t believe the difference. Clothes are fitting better. I am getting results that exercise was not giving me. I love it! Even my husband is noticing the difference. I came to Natalie for cellulite treatment but in addition the less fat, I have a scar that has almost disappeared. Natalie’s med spa is clean and beautiful and relaxing. What an amazing experience I had today with Dr. Tollison at Serendipity Aesthetics! Wow! I was so nervous, but Dr. Tollison continually made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to explain every procedure (actually, she had already made me feel comfortable on the phone call to make the appointment).
